Due to the age of Internet Explorer and a current compatibility issue with Safari, you may run into problems accessing Food Service. If you are having trouble accessing the Food Service screen please try using Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome.
The 2019-2020 fees are now available for payment in Infinite Campus. With the new version of portal, the process to pay has changed a little.
You will need to re-add any payment methods you wish to use. To do so, click on either "Fees" or "Food Service" on the left side of the screen. On the right side of the screen click on the "My Accounts" button. Click on "Payment Methods." On the bottom left of the screen click on "New". On the right side of the screen you will be able to select your payment method type and fill in the information for it. Click "Save" at the bottom of the screen to save it to your account.
On the left side of the screen click on "Fees." You will see a list of outstanding fees and next to each will be an "Add to Cart" link. when you click on that the fee will go into your cart. If you have multiple students you will need to add the fees for one student, then select he next student in the top right corner and add the fees for them. You will need to do this for each student you need to pay fees for.
Again on the left side you can click on "Food Service." You will see a list of your child(ren)'s account and the current balance. To add money click on "Pay" and then how much you would like to deposit on each child. Once you've entered your desired amounts click the "Add to Cart" button.
Once you have finished choosing fees to pay or money to deposit click on "My Cart" in the top right corner. You will see a final summary of what you wish to pay. You can make changes to amounts on this screen or remove any items you didn't mean to add. Once you are ready choose your payment method, enter an email address to get a receipt, and click on "Submit Payment".
There is currently an issue with Online Payments not allowing new payment methods to be added or existing payment methods to be edited. If you have an existing payment method saved to your account you may be able to make a transaction. Campus is currently working on the issue and we will update this message once a resolution has been discovered.
